Logistics Administrator (5 days / Jurong West / Transport Provided)

Working location: Jurong West (Company Transport Provided)
Working day: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8am to 5.10pm
TRAINING PROVIDED
Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments as well as local transport
Prepare and process logistics documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
Maintain accurate inventory records and update system transactions promptly
Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery status
Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
Support warehouse operations including stock receiving, stock issuance, and stock reconciliation
Assist in conducting periodic stock counts and inventory audits
Maintain logistics records and filing systems in accordance with company procedures
Generate and prepare logistics reports as required
Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and logistics matters
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant logistics regulations
Processing of invoice from supplier
Creating and receiving of PO for Supplier
Provide administrative support to the Logistics team and perform other ad doc duties as assigned
Job Requirements: Possess minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Training will be provided for those lesser/without experience
