Job descriptions: Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations. Work closely with the supervisor on a day to day operational and administrative tasks, as well as liaise with overseas offices and partners. Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including break bulk documents, invoices, delivery orders (D/O), shipment summary reports and related paperwork. Maintain accurate and well-organised shipment records, both digitized and in physical filing systems. Handle customs permits and declarations, e nsure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance matters and coordinate cargo survey arrangements where required. Prepare and generate monthly reports according to customers’ requirements. Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Job Requirements: Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent with minimum 1-year relevant experience in airfreight import operations . Training provided for those without / with lesser experience.
