Field Service Representative - Part Time

Do you enjoy working independently and having flexibility in your schedule? E.A. Langenfeld, an established sales and marketing company is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Field Service Representative to visit home improvement retail stores including Houston and surrounding cities to support client products and programs. You will work directly with store associates, Pro Desk teams, and customers to provide product education, improve merchandising execution, maintain planogram compliance, and identify opportunities to increase sales. The ideal candidate will be available to work approximately 25–29 hours per week between the hours of 6:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday following a flexible schedule set forth between you and your manager. Key Responsibilities: Visit national home improvement retail stores throughout the assigned territory. Train store associates on client products, product features, and retail programs. Assist Pro Desk associates and Pro customers with product information and recommendations. Participate in store Pro-events, promotional activities, and special events. Support store service teams as needed to improve customer experience. Verify that product displays and bays reflect the correct planograms and maintain proper merchandising standards. Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, merchandising execution, and sales performance. Monitor store-level execution of client programs and communicate observations and opportunities to the account management team. Document store visits, activities, and findings using Go Spot Check. Maintain regular communication with the National Account Team Lead and provide timely updates and reports. Manage travel and business expenses responsibly. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Must haves: Reliable vehicle Valid Driver's license and car insurance Smart Phone Access to e-mail Experience with Microsoft office The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally Prior experience in retail, merchandising, product demonstration and/or field sales E.
