Your tasks
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Liaise with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their expectations are met.
- Work with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with contract specifications and design plans.
- Manage procurement of materials, fixtures, and equipment.
- Develop and implement solutions to address any issues identified during inspections.
- Communicate technical aspects of the work to all stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Requirements
- WSQ/Diploma/Degree in interior design, construction management, or related field.
- At least 3-4 years of Commercial/Retail/F&B, Interior fit-out experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
