• *Full time, Office Hours are: Monday to Friday 8am ? 4:30pm, Not a remote position.*

Duties:

• Data entry of customer orders
• Prepare & process invoices
• Record daily product sales
• Assist sales department with any correspondence
• Prepare catalogues, brochures, and price lists
• Phone relief
• Various clerical duties as required

Must have:

• Solid written and spoken English skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Be comfortable in a computerized environment
• Proficiency with Word and Excel
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in an office setting is an asset
• Forklift certification is an asset
