Head of IT (Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions)

Location: Changi, Singapore Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: Up to SGD 18,000 per month Annual Base Package: Up to SGD 216,000

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT (Logistics & Supply Chain Technology) to lead and oversee regional and global IT application and technology implementation initiatives.

This is an application and business systems-focused leadership role , with strong emphasis on logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing and supply chain technology. The successful candidate will work closely with business and operations stakeholders to understand requirements, develop and implement technology solutions, and oversee projects from planning and solution design through testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

The role will involve working across multiple markets and managing stakeholders, technology partners and project teams to deliver scalable and effective IT solutions that support business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional and global IT application implementation projects.
• Oversee system requirements, solution design, integration, testing, UAT and deployment.
• Manage logistics applications covering freight forwarding, warehousing and supply chain operations .
• Lead and support CargoWise, WMS and other logistics system implementations.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technology solutions.
• Manage vendors, technology partners and project teams.
• Drive application improvements, system integration and technology transformation.
• Provide leadership and direction for IT application initiatives across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Strong experience in IT applications / business systems implementation .
• Regional or global implementation experience.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing or supply chain technology .
• CargoWise / CargoWise One experience is highly preferred.
• WMS / logistics system implementation experience preferred.
• Strong project, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Candidates with shorter notice periods are preferred.
