Security Design Engineer (m/f/d) (Engineer - Electrical Engineering)

Your Tasks

• Project Responsibility: You independently lead planning projects with a focus on security technology for national and international major customers.
• Consulting & Conception: You develop technical security concepts and conduct security audits and training for our customers.
• Operational Implementation: In cooperation with our CAD team, you create the planning documents relevant to the service phases of HOAI, RIBA, or SIA 112 and carry out acceptances as part of construction supervision.
• Technology & Processes: You optimize processes and contribute your ideas in the application of BIM for all life cycles of an integrated building security system.
• Communication & Interface Function: You coordinate activities with internal stakeholders as well as external project participants. In doing so, you ensure clarity in meetings and present consulting and planning results convincingly.

Your Profile

• A completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical and Information Technology) or a comparable qualification.
• A quick grasp, analytical thinking skills, and a high level of commitment.
• Experience with the planning of security technology systems (access control systems, video technology, perimeter detection systems, intrusion detection and fire alarm technology).
• Proficient in handling CAD applications (preferably: Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit).
• Enjoy working with customers at eye level and taking on responsibility.
• Project management experience in building services engineering and/or experience with security management are a plus.
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written form. Furthermore, your English skills are very good.
