Commercial Account Handler - Insurance

Commercial Account Handler to join a busy Commercial team.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the commercial insurance industry, particularly across a range of commercial insurance products.

Skills & Requirements

• Approximately 2 years' insurance brokerage experience.
• Experience in some of the following: Commercial Combined, Shop, Office, Property Owners, Liability, Motor Fleet, Professional Indemnity, Restaurant and Motor Trade.
• Able to provide a high standard of customer service.
• Telephone sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Working within FCA guidelines.
• Processing adjustments and claims.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Liaising with insurance companies.
• Marketing and inviting renewals.
• Processing prospective new business clients.
• Managing the daily diary.
• Liaising with clients on incoming and outgoing calls.
• Processing adjustments to client policies.
• Liaising with premium funding providers.
• Cross-selling insurance products.
• Assisting other departments when necessary.

Beneficial Supporting Skills

• CII qualification(s) beneficial; support towards relevant qualifications may be available.

Hours of Work - HYBRID AFTER TRAINING

Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 6pm
