Analyst, Business Process & Solutions

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Process & Solution Analyst to lead business process transformation initiatives across our Finance Shared Services Centre. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to discover process improvement opportunities, design future-state solutions, support implementation, and drive user adoption. Responsibilities Lead process discovery workshops and analyse current-state processes. Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation and control enhancement. Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Develop future-state process and solution designs. Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management and business sign-off. Support change management, communications, training and user adoption activities. Track and validate transformation benefits and process improvements Requirements Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent At least 5 years relevant working experience Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Transformation or Shared Services environments Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design Experience leading UAT and implementation activities EM Services Pte Ltd is a leading township and estate management company in Singapore with more than 35 years of experience in managing residential, commercial and public-use properties.
