Test Engineer

1. Prepare and inspect Test Jigs for New Models to ensure readiness for use
2. Design, improve, modify, and maintain Test Jigs / Test Equipment
3. Prepare and update documents related to the testing process
4. Analyze and resolve abnormalities in Test Jigs, Test Equipment, and products
5. Support the improvement of the Test process and increase testing efficiency
6. Implement and control 5S activities in the responsible area
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 23-35 years (Males must have completed military service) Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics or a related field Proficient in using Microsoft Office, ERP, or document management programs Knowledge of Electronics, PCB, and electronic circuits, including the ability to solder and repair PCBs Able to use electronic measuring instruments such as Multimeter and Oscilloscope Knowledge and skills in Test Jig / Test Equipment for product testing Skills in analysis and troubleshooting, systematic problem-solving, and root cause analysis Able to listen, speak, read, and write English at a fair level or above; TOEIC score of 500 will be specially considered Able to work well with others, have work flexibility, and possess good interpersonal skills Work Monday - Friday, Off Saturday - Sunday
