Purchasing Manager

Your tasks

1. Plan, control, and manage purchasing of raw materials and electronic components to meet production requirements.
2. Select, evaluate, develop, and manage local and overseas suppliers.
3. Negotiate prices and commercial terms and control purchasing costs.
4. Manage material delivery, transportation, and logistics coordination.
5. Manage risks related to material shortages, inventory, and delivery delays.
6. Ensure purchasing compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
7. Lead, supervise, and develop the Purchasing and Logistics team.
8. Prepare performance reports, analyze results, and recommend improvements to management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 7–10 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in team management.
3. Experience in electronic components or automotive manufacturing is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of purchasing, negotiation, and supplier management.
5. Skilled in cost analysis, budget control, and inventory management.
6. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is preferred.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
8. Good English communication skills; Chinese is an advantage.
9. Strong leadership, teamwork, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure.
10. Able to drive a car and hold a valid driving license.
