Project Engineer (New Model)

1. Responsible for planning New Model work prior to production
2. Prepare PPAP documents for New Model
3. Analyze the causes of occurring problems and resolve them effectively
4. Prepare 4M to be ready before trials
5. Organize meetings to prepare for readiness before and after trials
6. Monitor and prevent problems from recurring after trials
7. Prepare and verify design changes
8. Implement 5S system
9. Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Male, age 23-35 years old, completed military service Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related fields Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality system / PPAP documents / 4M principles / electronic components Able to analyze failures from electronic components Able to use Microsoft Office and management programs well Able to listen, speak, read, and write English at a fair level Good management skills with ability to prioritize / good communication and coordination skills Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, and punctual Work Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:30 PM, Saturday - Sunday off Able to work overtime
