About the Opportunity

E Junior Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Stats Profit, a data-led football trading service built around a disciplined, long-term approach using historical probability modelling.

Stats Profit is introducing a rolling four-week Football Trader Training Programme to help suitable applicants understand the methodology, learn how the system works in practice and experience three live football fixture weekends before deciding whether they wish to continue as a paid member.

We are seeking a confident, organised and commercially aware Training & Onboarding Executive to manage applicants from initial application through to programme completion.

This is not simply an administration role. You will screen applicants, decide who is suitable to progress, design the training programme and personally deliver the training.

The Role

Applications will be received on an ongoing basis. You will:

• Contact new applicants within 24 hours using an agreed pre-screening email.
• Review responses and identify suitable applicants for a Zoom qualification call.
• Conduct short one-to-one Zoom calls to assess suitability.
• Decide who should be accepted onto the programme.
• Onboard successful applicants onto the rolling four-week programme.
• Design and implement the training programme using Stats Profit’s methodology, tools, historical data and resources.
• Personally deliver structured training each week.
• Explain how the Stats Profit system works and how it should be followed over the long term.
• Teach staking, trading capital, discipline, variance, risk management and realistic expectations.
• Support trainees through three live Stats Profit fixture weekends using genuine selections generated by the system.
• Decide how best to combine group Zoom sessions, one-to-one support and written or recorded resources.
• Monitor trainee participation and engagement.
• Conduct an individual completion or graduation call with each trainee.
• Explain the option of continuing with Stats Profit as a paid annual member where appropriate.
• Maintain simple weekly records covering applications, qualification calls, starts, completions and conversions.
• Improve the programme over time using trainee feedback and performance data.

Applicant Qualification

A major part of the role is ensuring applicants are carefully screened before being accepted.

You will need to establish whether applicants:

• Have a genuine interest in long-term, disciplined football trading.
• Understand this is not a guaranteed-income opportunity or short-term betting strategy.
• Have sufficient disposable trading capital to participate responsibly.
• Understand that football trading involves financial risk.
• Are prepared to follow a structured system consistently.
• Are aware that an optional paid annual Stats Profit membership is available after the free programme.
• Could realistically and comfortably afford the annual membership fee if they later choose to join.

Applicants should never be encouraged to use money required for essential living expenses, and there is no obligation to purchase membership.

The Training Programme

The successful applicant will design and implement the programme rather than simply deliver a pre-written course.

The programme will run on a rolling basis and last approximately four weeks, incorporating three live Stats Profit fixture weekends.

Training should cover:

• Stats Profit methodology and qualifying selections.
• Trading capital, staking and risk management.
• Using selections, minimum odds and tracking results.
• Discipline, variance and long-term trading mindset.
• How to follow the system correctly across a full football season.

You will have flexibility to recommend the most effective format, including group Zoom training, one-to-one sessions and supporting resources.

Who We Are Looking For

Previous football trading experience is not essential, but you must be willing to learn the Stats Profit methodology in detail and become confident enough to teach it clearly.

You should be:

• Confident conducting one-to-one Zoom conversations.
• Comfortable screening and qualifying applicants.
• Able to ask direct but professional questions.
• A clear and engaging communicator and trainer.
• Highly organised and able to manage a rolling trainee pipeline.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commercially aware and comfortable discussing an optional paid service.
• Comfortable deciding whether applicants are suitable.
• Able to design and improve a structured training programme.
• Reliable and able to respond to applicants promptly.

Experience in training, onboarding, recruitment, coaching, customer success, sales, education or trading-related services would be useful but is not essential.

Hours and Contract

This is a freelance, month-to-month opportunity starting at approximately 5 hours per week.

Hours may increase as the programme grows and applicant volumes increase.

The role is designed for someone who can organise their time independently around applications, qualification calls, training sessions and trainee support.

Pay

£15 per hour.

Success in this role is about building a high-quality training pipeline: responding quickly, screening out unsuitable applicants, delivering a professional training experience and giving suitable trainees enough knowledge and practical experience to make an informed decision about whether they wish to continue with Stats Profit after the programme.
