Your challenge

Your Mission – Digital Sales Focus

As a Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) , you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region:

Engage with customers – communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), prepare offers, follow up on leads

Support the sales funnel – from first contact to successful deal closing

Leverage AI tools – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter

Boost customer happiness – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way

Your profile

Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation

Available for a minimum of 3 months in Hamburg

Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian required; Russian is a strong plus

Solid English skills for internal communication

Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed

Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one
