Pastry Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Having experience in the same field of at least 1 years in the same field is preferred
• Minimum high school/vocational education. Graduates from hospitality or culinary arts are preferred
• Max. 35 years old
• Can communicate in English is preferred
• Easy to adapt and have good communication
• Active and initiative

JOBDESK:

• Preparing ingredients, weighing, and basic operations.
• Assist pastry chef in making cakes, cookies, and desserts.
• Assisting in pastry production of basic cakes such as cream, filling, and cake decorations
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area
• Proper storage of ingredients and finished products
• Team collaboration
• Following SOPs and quality standards
