Laundry Attendant

Your tasks

• Collect, sort, and separate dirty laundry according to colour, fabric type, and washing requirements.
• Wash, rinse, dry, iron, fold, and arrange bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, staff uniforms, and other hotel laundry items.
• Handle guests' personal laundry carefully and ensure that items are properly identified to prevent mix-ups or loss.
• Inspect laundry items for stains, tears, damage, or missing buttons before and after washing.
• Apply appropriate stain-removal techniques and use detergents and other laundry products correctly
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear the required work uniform.
• Follow the hotel's hygiene, sanitation, infection prevention, and workplace safety procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and laundry products according to instructions and safety requirements.
• Avoid mixing chemicals that may produce harmful fumes or reactions
