Senior Sales Executive

Your tasks

• Handle daily sales operations, process orders and coordinate deliveries for distributors across Asia.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels and sales forecasts to ensure targets are met.
• Liaise with distributors to follow up on orders, resolve delivery issues and ensure timely product supply.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and in-store display activities with distributors.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and monitor market trends, sales performance and competitor activities.
• Follow up on distributor payments, credit terms, sales claims, rebates and credit notes.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing distribution agreements and ensuring proper documentation.
• Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics, to ensure smooth daily operations and support business planning.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in relevant industries
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Location: Macpherson
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 5.30pm)
• Salary: Up to $5000
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
