Retail Operations Manager
Your tasks
- Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring smooth operations and consistent brand standards
- Manage retail staff, including manpower planning, scheduling, training and performance monitoring
- Drive sales performance and monitor store KPIs to achieve business targets
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and stocktaking
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and customer service standards
- Monitor operational costs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency across all outlets
- Support new store openings and retail expansion plans
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management review
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Management
- Experience with consumer electronics will be an added advantage
- Salary: Up to S$5000
- Working Hours: 5 days work week (44 hrs/week)
- Working Location: Central
