QC Technician
- Check and measure parts to ensure they meet the required measurements and quality standards
- Read and understand technical drawings to ensure parts are made according to specifications
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM machines and laser trackers to inspect parts
- Carry out inspections during production, before delivery, and when new parts are produced for the first time
- Identify and report any defects or issues, and follow up with the relevant departments to resolve them
- Ensure all inspected parts meet the required quality standards and customer requirements
- Keep the inspection room clean, organized and ready for audits
- Work closely with the Production, Engineering and Procurement teams to support daily operations
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing or any equivalent technical qualifications
- Min 1 year experience within a manufacturing environment
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 8am-530pm)
- Working Location: Seletar
- Salary: Up to $3000
- Able to start work within short notice
