Junior Bar Supervisor

Support the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth service.

Supervise and guide bartenders and service crew during shifts.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and replenishment.

Ensure drinks are prepared and served according to standards.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic service issues.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards at the bar.

Assist with staff scheduling and deployment when required.

Handle POS transactions and basic cash reconciliation.

Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements: Min 1 years experience in F&B/Bar service

Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays

Possess Food & Hygiene Certification

Working Hours: 6 days work week, 4pm - 12am

Location: Bugis

Salary Range: Up to $3200

Able to start work in October
