Business Support Executive
We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Executive to support our manpower outsourcing and staffing operations. This role focuses on supporting existing client accounts, coordinating manpower-related matters, following up on operational issues, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal recruitment teams and employees. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple accounts, following up on outstanding matters, communicating professionally with clients, and providing timely administrative, building client relationships, solving operational issues and contributing to business growth. Job Responsibilities Manage and support assigned client accounts, including day-to-day enquiries, manpower requirements and operational matters.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure timely follow-up on requests, feedback and service issues.
Coordinate closely with the recruitment team on manpower requirements, candidate interviews, deployment and replacement arrangements.
Monitor manpower headcount, staff movement, attendance and performance-related matters for assigned accounts.
Follow up on outstanding vacancies and ensure clients are regularly updated on recruitment and deployment progress.
Assist in handling employee-related issues and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
Prepare quotations, service proposals, account reports and other client-related documentation.
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and prospective clients.
Introduce the company’s manpower outsourcing and staffing services to potential clients.
Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits and business discussions when required.
Follow up on quotations and proposals, and maintain an updated business development pipeline.
Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, Finance and Management to ensure smooth account servicing and service delivery.
Maintain accurate client, manpower and business records and prepare regular account updates for management.
Perform other account management, business development and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Experience in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, HR services or B2B service industries will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable communicating with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings.
Able to manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines.
Detail-oriented and organised with good documentation and reporting skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in account management and business development may also be considered.
