We are looking for talent to join us as a Command Center Operator, an opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and participate in the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure and the company's critical processes.
Main responsibilities *Monitor technological infrastructure and operational processes. *Identify and analyze first-level alerts and incidents. *Follow up on failures and escalate them according to established procedures. *Document critical incidents and generate operational reports. *Support the execution and validation of scheduled processes. *Collaborate with different IT areas to follow up on incidents.

*Bachelor's degree or engineering related to Systems, Informatics, Computing, or Information Technologies; preferably a recent graduate. *Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux. *Basic knowledge of networks. *Notions of SQL and Oracle databases. *Knowledge or interest in monitoring and automation tools. *Intermediate spoken English. *Analytical capacity, service attitude, effective communication, and teamwork. *Experience in help desk, technical support, monitoring, or Command Center is desirable.
