Field Sales Partner

Responsibilities:

Visit and pitch e-Byte Africa's platform to K-12 schools. Build relationships with school administrators and decision-makers. Generate and follow up on leads. Secure schools committed to onboarding onto the platform. Submit a daily activity report by 6:00 p.m. through our reporting form every weekday.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident speaking with school administrators. Self-motivated and target-driven. Able to travel within Lagos for school visits. Smartphone with internet access.

Recruitment Process:

Successful applicants will be invited to a virtual group interview. Selected candidates will join the Field Partner Network and complete a 2-day virtual onboarding and training before deployment. Field partners work remotely and independently in their assigned areas. The only requirement in person is our Friday afternoon weekly review meeting.

Earn an additional NGN 25,000 performance bonus for every 5 committed schools. Top-performing Field Partners can earn up to NGN200,000+ monthly through transport/data support, commissions, and performance bonuses.
