Working Student (Purchasing Department)

Are you a student and want to gain your first professional experience in the area of purchasing and supply chain? Are you interested in business processes, data analysis, and cooperation with suppliers? We are looking for someone to support our purchasing team in daily operational activities.

Your tasks

You will support the purchasing team in ensuring timely deliveries of materials necessary for production. You will get to know the purchasing process from a practical side and gain experience working in an international environment.

Your main tasks will include:

preparing and monitoring purchase orders,

contacting suppliers regarding delivery dates,

updating data in the ERP system,

preparing purchasing reports and analyses,

cooperation with production, logistics, and finance departments,

supporting the team in daily administrative tasks and purchasing projects.

Our expectations

student status is welcome (preferred fields: logistics, management, economics, production engineering, or related),

good knowledge of English,

good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,

ability for analytical thinking and working with data,

good work organization and communication skills,

desire to learn and develop in the area of purchasing and supply chain.
