From the steel of our first bridge reinforced in 1903 to railway sensors, we collaborate with government authorities, asset owners, construction companies, and design offices to support their infrastructure projects.

QC/HSE Coordinator (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate QMS (Quality Management System) in accordance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Ensure that quality control processes are aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Perform quality control process audits, identifying areas for improvement and formulating recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
• Manage and maintain quality control documentation.
• Assist the commercial, technical, and operational departments in all matters related to health and safety.
• Participate in accident/incident investigations.
• Conduct safety audits for subcontractors.
• Collaborate with customers on safety-related issues.
• Preparation of health and safety documentation for new tenders/projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Deep educational background
• Work experience in the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality sector
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, with the ability to conduct meetings and write complex technical reports
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail/numbers
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with a deep sense of commitment.
• Ability to plan, set goals, and proactively follow up on the achievement of milestones and objectives.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relational skills.​
• Proficiency level in MS Office, particularly in Excel
• Knowledge of integrated ERP solutions (Microsoft Navision or similar)

• Indicative Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €35,000–€45,000
