Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

Your tasks

• Supervise and control the quality of raw materials and parts from Suppliers
• Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of Suppliers
• Conduct Supplier Quality Audit and Process Audit
• Analyze and resolve quality issues from Suppliers using 8D / SCAR / Cause Analysis
• Support the selection and approval of new Suppliers
• Support the inspection and certification of New Material / New Supplier Qualification
• Follow up and coordinate with Suppliers to resolve quality issues in accordance with requirements
• Prepare and monitor quality documents such as FMEA, Control Plan, and Quality Standard
• Coordinate with IQC, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and related departments
• Travel to inspect and follow up with Suppliers at their factories when necessary

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field
2. 3–5 years of experience in SQE / Supplier Quality / IQC / Quality Engineering
3. Experience in Electronics, Automotive, Battery, or Manufacturing industries will be specially considered
4. Knowledge of 8D, SCAR, FMEA, Control Plan, and Cause Analysis
5. Good English communication skills; Chinese communication skills will be specially considered
6. Able to travel to Supplier factories as necessary
