Logistics Coordinator Supervisor ( LC )

• Manage customs formalities and import–export documentation under Free Zone privileges in compliance with customs laws, excise laws, and company regulations
• Prepare and verify related documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and draft customs entries, while overseeing customs reports
• Coordinate with customs officers, excise officers, government agencies, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely transportation processes
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for container bookings, vessel space, and air freight
• Oversee and monitor cross-border shipments between Thailand–China to ensure compliance with customs and logistics requirements
• Track transportation schedules and update delivery statuses to relevant departments
• Knowledge of Incoterms and Customs Tariff Codes (HS Code) will be given special consideration
• Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support documentation and reporting work

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in import-export Good knowledge and understanding of import-export regulations and customs clearance procedures Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good communication and coordination skills Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing
