Your tasks

• Provide user support and guidance: Provide prompt and professional user support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance to ensure a seamless Jira experience.
• Configure and optimize Jira settings: Administer configuration changes within Jira, focusing on non-performance-impacting adjustments. Avoid installation of applications or upgrades, which should be handled by our hosting partner. Customize workflows, fields, and other settings to enhance operational efficiency.
• Professionally manage user accounts: Effectively manage user accounts, emphasizing a professional approach to onboarding and offboarding external users, including customers and partner accounts collaborating with our teams.
• Contribute to the strategic development of Jira: Formulate a forward-looking strategy for the evolution of Jira within the context. Identify opportunities for improvement, integration, and optimization to meet evolving business needs.
• Identify and explore new use cases: Investigate and recommend new areas of application for Jira, seeking opportunities to expand its utility and value across different aspects of the organization.
• Ensure alignment with the chosen Way of Working: Foster close collaboration with various teams to ensure that Jira aligns seamlessly with our chosen Way of Working (WoW). Strategically adapt and configure the tool to support and enhance our defined processes and practices.
• Exhibit proficiency in Jira Assets: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in managing Jira Assets, ensuring that asset tracking and management within Jira are executed with precision and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level expertise in the administration of Jira, encompassing an extensive track record of optimizing its functionalities and operations.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies within a software development context.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies within the framework of a software development environment, illustrating a comprehensive understanding of agile principles and practices in the context of software development.
