Controller (m/w/d) Focus on Pricing Law and Calculation, Burbach (Business Administrator (University) - Cost Accounting and Calculation)

Tasks:

• Preparation, simulation, and execution of fundamental and planned cost audits
• Individual contract order verification within the framework of public contracts, especially regarding cost reimbursement, cost guidance, and fixed costs
• Price verification for national and international customers, taking relevant specifications into account, as well as participation in price and contract negotiations
• Main contact person (m/w/d) for the topic of pricing law for internal and external stakeholders
• Contract reviews regarding pricing law matters

Profile:

• Degree in the field of Economics / BWL with a focus on Controlling / Finance or a comparable qualification
• Experience in Public Pricing Law (VO PR 30/53)
• Experience with price monitoring authorities and public clients (domestic/international)
• Experience in dealing with external auditors and negotiators, particularly in the context of price auditing, is desirable
• High assertiveness and communication skills as well as initiative and willingness to learn new topics
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to travel for business trips to customers or other company locations to a small extent
