Teaching and Learning Assistant

Your tasks

• Assist teachers in lesson delivery, practical assessments, and preparation of teaching resources and equipment.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, and maintenance of department rooms and learning areas.
• Support the preparation and coordination of department events and activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain department records.
• Assist with school events and activities as required.
• Provide general administrative support based on the school’s needs.

Requirements

• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to multitask.
• Post-secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; AI skills are an advantage.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in school administration or Science laboratory work.
• Experience in event coordination or logistics support is an advantage.
