Your tasks
- Conduct school walkabouts and supervise student behaviour.
- Supervise students during detention, reflection sessions and community service.
- Assist with incident management, preliminary student discussions and record keeping.
- Support school events and student development programmes.
- Maintain professional boundaries and use a supportive, restorative approach when managing students.
- Perform other duties assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 GCE O-Level passes, including English, ora full Nitec qualification or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain firm but patient boundaries with students.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in student engagement and management in a primary school.
- Former Singapore Police Force officers and those who completed NS with the SPF are welcome to apply.
