STEM Executive
Job Description Support the school’s JOULES Programme and Makerspace . Prepare, set up and maintain STEM equipment and devices. Manage equipment bookings, inventory and stock checks. Assist teachers and trainers during STEM lessons and student activities. Support students in the safe and proper use of Makerspace equipment. Assist with the operation and maintenance of 3Dprinters, laser cutters, VR systems and other equipment. Support the ALP Committee with procurement, resources and budget management. Conduct equipment checks and report damaged or missing items. Assist with STEM workshops/training for students. Ensure the JOULES Smart Centre and Makerspace are clean, safe and well-organised Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good team player with the ability to work independently. Meticulous, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Diploma in STEM-related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience may also apply. Knowledge of prototyping, manufacturing processes, machines and fabrication techniques is an advantage
