Science Laboratory Techratory Techniciannician

Job Description Provide logistical and technical support for Science practical lessons. Prepare, maintain and manage Science materials and apparatus. Maintain outdoor green learning spaces, including weeding, pruning, planting and harvesting. Maintain and service gardening equipment such as Vegepods and self-watering timers. Ensure laboratory safety, housekeeping and maintenance of safety equipment. Manage Science resources, stock checks, orders ,deliveries and invoices. Maintain departmental financial records. Perform other duties assigned by the School Leaders and HOD (Science). Requirements Good understanding of laboratory safety. Preferably studied Science in school or a recognised institution. O-Level certificate or at least 2 years’ experience in a primary school laboratory. Good communication skills and able to work well with adults and children. Proficientin Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on skills for simple repairs of Science learning materials and activity kits. Practical knowledge of plant growing and maintenance
