Science Laboratory Technician

Job Description Assist with daily operations of science laboratories, science gardens, aquaponics, hydroponics and ponds. Set up, clean and maintain science laboratories and related areas. Maintain cleanliness of the Recycling Corner. Prepare laboratory equipment, apparatus and teaching materials for activities. Assist with stock-taking and equipment maintenance. Type worksheets and teaching notes. Support departmental events, activities and programmes. Perform other duties assigned by the school. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to operate electronic devices such as hydroponics and aquaponics systems. Able to perform basic gardening tasks such as weeding, planting and watering. More than 2 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in a school environment.
