Your tasks
- Prepare and organise Science teaching and learning resources.
- Assist teachers in setting up experiments and preparing, distributing, and clearing materials.
- Set up and operate ICT and Science equipment, including projectors, iPads, dataloggers, and microscopes.
- Conduct annual inventory and stocktaking of Science resources and equipment.
- Organise, label, and maintain storage areas in Science laboratories and Tinker Space.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in laboratories and Tinke rSpace.
- Assist with Science enrichment activities and school-based events.
- Support the loan, inventory, and stocktaking of Science programme resources.
- Feed and maintain live specimens, including mealworm beetles and stick insects.
- Perform other Science-related duties as assigned by the Authority.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Science Laboratory Assistant or Laboratory Technician.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- A good team player who is organised, adaptable, and able to multitask.
