Operations Assistant

Job Description Support the Operations Manager in the daily management of school operations, facilities and services. Coordinate and follow up with IFM contractors and service partners on maintenance and repair works. Assist in supervising and coordinating OSOs in their operational duties. Assist with quotations, work requests, budgets, project proposals and operational documentation. Support school safety, security, emergency preparedness and workplace safety measures. Assist with student discipline-related matters when required. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school management. Sign an undertaking to safeguard official information. Requirements Minimum GCE N(A)/N(T) Level with a pass in English. Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience. Valid Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint..
