Food and Consumer Education Assistant

Job Description Assist teachers in preparing crockery and ingredients for cookery classes. Distribute crockery and ingredients to students during lessons. Clean and store equipment and crockery properly after classes. Ensure tables and floors are kept clean after each lesson and at the end of the day. Perform other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.

Requirements GCEN-Level qualification or equivalent, with basic English reading, writing and speaking skills. Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (or above) certification throughout the contract period. Knowledgeof food preparation and food safety. Minimum 1year of relevant food-handling experience.
