Site Supervisor
Your tasks
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing M&E construction works on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Supervise construction site activities in accordance with health and safety guidelines; assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme
- Work closely with the site foreman on the organisation of construction works and report progress to the Project Manager
- Coordinate and manage building construction M&E site works
- Ensure all M&E works are completed on time and in compliance with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and regulatory compliance on site
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, P&IDs, BQs, and isometric sketches
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the semiconductor or construction industry preferred
- BCSS Certificate preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Good written and verbal communication skills
What we offer
- Salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,000 + meal and transport allowances (variable)
- Location: Tampines Industrial
- Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8am–6pm, Friday 8am–5pm (5-day week)
