Senior Field Application Engineer (Display)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Deliver front-line technical support to customers during product development to resolve issues and facilitate progress ·       Gather and document detailed technical requirements and specifications from customers to guide product development ·       Communicate technical issues clearly and provide detailed explanations to the HQ Application team for resolution ·       Conduct regular customer visits to build and strengthen long-term relationships and trust ·       Assist customers throughout product qualification phases to ensure adherence to development schedules until mass production (MP) ·       Present pre-sales technical information on product strategies, roadmaps, features, industry trends, and competitive positioning to customers ·       Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform Marketing on design requirements, product improvements, and new product opportunities ·       Demonstrate and explain new products to customers to support adoption and understanding ·       Perform tests and evaluations for display product qualification to verify product performance and compliance Requirements: ·       Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent. ·       Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry. ·       Practical field experience or hands-on knowledge in multi-disciplinary system design and development, including electrical, electronics, computerized, and mechanical systems. ·       Field experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) in the notebook display industry.
