Senior Executive, Learning & Development (Healthcare)

Support the planning and coordination of Learning & Development initiatives to enhance workforce readiness and staff development within a healthcare organisation. The role covers training operations, corporate orientation, sponsorship administration, leadership development and HR projects. 1 year contract Job Responsibilities Support Learning Needs Analysis follow-ups, consolidate learning gaps and coordinate capability-building initiatives.

Coordinate training programmes, workshops, course registrations, attendance, payments and training logistics.

Maintain learning trackers, dashboards, reports and budget utilisation records.

Liaise with internal departments, external training providers and stakeholders on training arrangements.

Coordinate corporate orientation and onboarding activities, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking and facilitation.

Support scholarship and sponsorship administration, including application processing, interview scheduling and bond tracking.

Coordinate leadership development programmes, track participation and prepare progress updates.

Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Education or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development or Programme Coordination will be an advantage.

Training will be provided to candidates without prior experience , those with prior experience may be considered for senior positions

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organisational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to multitask, prioritise workloads and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
