Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services (Onboarding & Offboarding)

Join a dynamic HR Shared Services team supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure smooth, accurate and timely delivery of onboarding and offboarding processes while contributing to service improvements. 1 Year Contract Key Responsibilities Support the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing and implementing HR policies, processes and programmes.

Partner with HR Business Partners and employees to provide timely and value-added HR support.

Manage and execute end-to-end HR processes relating to employee onboarding and offboarding.

Coordinate and enhance the onsite experience for new hires and departing employees.

Ensure HR processes comply with organisational policies and relevant statutory requirements.

Deliver HR services in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve HR service delivery.

Job Requirements Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or a related discipline.

1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience; healthcare experience will be an advantage.

Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data management.

Meticulous, organised, proactive and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
