Management Executive (Healthcare)
Job Description
We are seeking a Management Executive to provide administrative, operational, and management support within a healthcare environment. The role involves coordinating daily operations, supporting healthcare service delivery, maintaining documentation, and working closely with internal departments and relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily administrative and operational functions of the healthcare facility.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, administrative teams, patients, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in managing and monitoring healthcare operational workflows and service-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and other operational information.
- Assist in coordinating patient service and administrative matters where required.
- Support appointment, scheduling, admission, discharge, or other healthcare administrative processes as assigned.
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, meeting materials, and management updates.
- Monitor outstanding operational matters and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining healthcare policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, compliance activities, and healthcare-related projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient and organisational information.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve administrative and operational issues.
- Assist management in reviewing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Perform other healthcare administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare, hospital, medical, or healthcare services industry would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of administrative and operational processes.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work effectively with healthcare professionals and different stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
