Join us as an Event Crew member to support a event! 📍 Job Details Date:  31 October 2026 (Saturday) Duration:  1 day only Interview:  No interview required 📝 Job Responsibilities Attend a briefing at the event venue on the day itself. Assist with event venue set-up, including arranging tables, chairs, queue poles, signages and photobooth backdrops. Prepare and move event logistics, graduation gifts, stationery and other equipment. Guide and assist students, parents and guests throughout the event. Manage guest queues and ensure smooth crowd movement. Answer basic enquiries from guests. Assist with dismantling and clearing the venue after the event. ✅ Requirements Able to stand for extended periods. Physically fit and comfortable carrying or moving tables, chairs, boxes and other event equipment. Punctual, reliable and responsible. Willing to perform hands-on set-up and housekeeping duties.
