Industrial Digitalization / MES Project Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

You will lead a project to digitalize industrial processes, from the scoping phase to the operational deployment of the solution. As the primary contact for the client, you will coordinate business teams, technical teams, and various stakeholders.

You will notably be required to

• Define the project scope, costs, resources, and associated schedule;
• Lead and coordinate all project activities and stakeholders;
• Facilitate workshops, follow-up meetings, and steering committees;
• Ensure that business needs are taken into account throughout the project;
• Supervise the design, testing, deployment, and commissioning phases;
• Identify risks, manage priorities, and manage change requests;
• Support users through change management;
• Ensure project reporting and guarantee the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

• You have a degree in higher education in computer science, information systems, or project management.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in industrial, IT, or digitalization project management.
• You understand industrial processes and production information systems. Experience with MES, MOM, or Industrie 4.0 is an asset.
• You master project management methods and tools and know how to unite multidisciplinary teams.
• Your professional English allows you to communicate both in writing and orally.

What we offer

Salary: €42,000 to €47,000 gross annual, depending on profile and experience Executive status, 218 days per year flat-rate Experience: 3 years required
