Cost and Inventory Accountant

• Register and validate in real time entries, exits, transfers, and inventory adjustments to reflect the physical reality of the plant.
• Perform periodic physical counts and constant reconciliations against the system, resolving variations immediately.
• Monitor the efficient use of raw materials and report shrinkage or waste outside of standards.
• Validate that all movements have administrative and tax support, ensuring compliance with SAT requirements for electronic accounting.
• Validate compliance with best practices for storage and asset security.
• Prepare monthly reports on variations, stock levels, and turnover for the Finance Management.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to monitor goods in transit and ensure correct financial provisioning before the monthly close.
• Determine cost matrices, prorations, and determination of incrementables in the production process.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience
• Languages: English
