Commercial Cleaning Supervisor
Your tasks
We are looking for a hands-on Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations at commercial properties, including MCST-managed estates, shopping malls, and offices.
You will supervise cleaning teams, arrange manpower and schedules, and ensure every site meets the agreed cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned commercial sites.
- Plan cleaner deployment, duty rosters, work schedules, and cleaning routines.
- Monitor attendance and arrange relief coverage for absences or manpower shortages.
- Brief and supervise cleaners to ensure work is completed according to the agreed scope and schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify service gaps, and follow up on corrective work.
- Train cleaners on proper cleaning methods, equipment use, chemical handling, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate periodic cleaning and other scheduled works.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, arrange replenishment, and report maintenance needs.
- Liaise with clients and property management teams on daily operational matters.
- Handle complaints promptly and follow through until issues are resolved.
- Maintain attendance records, inspection checklists, and operational reports.
- Support the setup of new sites by organising manpower, equipment, supplies, and cleaning schedules.
- Assist with cleaning duties when necessary to maintain service standards.
- Relevant supervisory experience in commercial cleaning.
- Experience managing cleaning teams at offices, shopping malls, MCST-managed properties, or similar premises.
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
- Able to assess site workload and organise manpower effectively.
- Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, organised, and able to resolve day-to-day operational issues independently.
- Willing to travel between assigned sites and work according to site requirements.
