Commercial Cleaning Sales & Operations Executive
About the company
We are expanding into commercial cleaning and looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to help us win new contracts and manage service delivery.
Your tasks
You will handle the full process—from finding opportunities and inspecting sites to preparing quotations, planning manpower, and overseeing cleaning operations.
- Secure commercial cleaning contracts for MCST-managed properties, shopping malls, large offices, and other commercial premises.
- Conduct site surveys to understand the cleaning scope, service frequency, equipment requirements, and manpower needs.
- Prepare accurate costing, sales quotations, and proposals based on labour, materials, equipment, and other operating costs.
- Calculate gross profit margins and ensure quotations meet the company’s profitability targets.
- Present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, cleaning routines, and relief coverage.
- Coordinate the start-up of new contracts, including assigning cleaners and arranging equipment and supplies.
- Supervise cleaning teams and conduct site inspections to maintain service quality.
- Manage client feedback, resolve operational issues, and ensure work meets the agreed scope.
- Monitor contract costs and manpower productivity to maintain profitability.
- Build strong client relationships to support contract renewals, referrals, and business growth.
Requirements
- Relevant sales and operations experience in commercial cleaning.
- Experience preparing quotations for MCST-managed properties, shopping malls, large offices, or similar commercial sites.
- Strong understanding of cleaning contract costing, gross margins, and manpower planning.
- Ability to assess a jobsite and recommend a practical cleaning plan.
- Experience managing cleaners, deployment schedules, and day-to-day site operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of both sales results and service delivery.
- Willing to travel to client premises for site surveys, meetings, and operational inspections.
