SAP Functional Consultant

We are a Systems Integrator and SAP Support Services provider seeking a motivated SAP Functional Consultant to join our team.
We encourage continuous learning and cross-functional exposure. Consultants are encouraged to broaden their SAP capabilities beyond their primary area of expertise through learning opportunities and knowledge sharing, including exposure to other SAP functional areas such as Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for delivering solutions and managing various assigned customers' SAP systems.
- Work closely with key users in business process re-engineering in the area of expertise
- Develop customised settings in accordance with users' requirements
- Work with users to resolve issues and propose solutions
- Participate in project activities as required
- Accountable for the timeliness and quality of solutions delivered
- Support users in the adoption and effective use of SAP systems
- Be open to developing capabilities across different SAP functional areas based on project and business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or equivalent, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on SAP functional consulting experience in one or more functional areas
- Experience in project implementation, upgrading and/or support activities
- Experience in process streamlining and re-engineering
- Ability to articulate ideas and concepts to a wide range of audiences
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Understanding of project methodologies with good follow-up skills
- Good team player with the right customer attitude
- Able to help users adopt the usage of systems
- Willingness and ability to learn and work across different SAP functional areas
- Relevant SAP certification and S/4HANA exposure would be an added advantage
