HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR – KUUSAMO

We are looking for a housekeeping supervisor for a high-end resort located in the Kuusamo area for the winter season 2026–2027 for our client.

In this role, you are not only responsible for cleaning, but for the entire housekeeping operation and its smooth running. You will be involved in practical work, but at the same time, you will ensure that the whole operation remains under control and that the accommodation facilities are always ready to welcome guests.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Cleaning of accommodation facilities and other areas
• Organizing the daily operations of housekeeping

• Planning work and coordinating tasks
• Ensuring cleanliness and quality

• Ensuring the availability of supplies and linens
• Overall responsibility for ensuring that housekeeping operates as planned

We are looking for a person who has previous experience in cleaning hotels, resorts, or other accommodation facilities, as well as the readiness to take responsibility for the entire housekeeping operation.

The job requires initiative, good organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Due to the international customer base, proficiency in English is important.

On offer are full working hours for the entire winter season in a wonderful resort environment in the Kuusamo area.

We are looking for a person who does not wait for someone to tell them every next step, but sees what needs to be done and keeps the whole operation under control.
