R&D Specialist (Based at Dutch Mill Factory, Nakhon Pathom)

• Plan research, develop new products, and improve the quality of current products
• Perform preliminary feasibility assessments of products, develop initial product formulas, consider production processes, and raw material sources
• Evaluate product costs and prepare summary data for use in product launch approvals
• Plan production line experiments, conduct trials, and summarize results from Lab scale, Pilot scale, and Plant scale
• Conduct experiments and monitor production at the Nakhon Pathom factory, Nakhon Sawan factory, and OEM factories
• Define standards for raw materials, production processes, and various specifications regarding product formulas for relevant departments
• Provide technical consultancy on product development to operators both within and outside the department

Internship/Learning period in various departments within the production process for approximately 6 months
